Thank you to the team at Farm City. Attended to purchase a Tractor Mower. We asked for a new warehouse model opposed to the showroom display one, but the showroom one was delivered to us. After some back and forth we agreed to an offer to keep the show room model. When we tried to use this a manufacturing fault being a bolt broke, and I contacted Farm City. Zero customer service. Front Staff Ladies with zero knowledge on the tools and equipments and omg how rude and I would never ever wanted to be there.
I’ve bought my new Stihl demo saw from city farm and the team are actually pretty good and experienced. I’ve also bought a regulator for my Honda engine they’ve got best price and genuine part, I’ll definitely keep buying from them again. Highly recommended

After explaining to Wendy that I wanted to see if they can get parts for my John Deere deck, she called me back with a price for a whole new deck. When I clarified that I only wanted parts to repair my deck I got no answer about the parts and only that I had to book it in for repair. I said I just want to talk to someone and confirm what my issue is and order the required parts. Apparently there's no one there I could talk to, no one at all.
