After explaining to Wendy that I wanted to see if they can get parts for my John Deere deck, she called me back with a price for a whole new deck. When I clarified that I only wanted parts to repair my deck I got no answer about the parts and only that I had to book it in for repair. I said I just want to talk to someone and confirm what my issue is and order the required parts. Apparently there's no one there I could talk to, no one at all.
