I canceled my policy today. I could not afford the price hike. I'm not paying $684 a month for 2 15 year old cars. No claims. I even took a defensive driving class through work because I heard that helps your rate. Good credit score as well. None of that matters. Oh well, I found better coverage for half what they were charging. Their customer service isn't real great. Although the new lady I saw today, she was nice.
They totaled my car in October and they took out 600 dollars this month (December 2025) and now they won’t refund me for the truck they totaled which would be around 300 dollars. Let’s say if I had both vehicles still why would my insurance be 600 a month with a perfect driving record. One of my cars is a 2012 so why is it 1100 every 6 months. Well I found another company that was a whole lot cheaper.
I HAD A CAR INSURANCE POLICY WITH FARM BUREAU ON RED BUD LANE IN FLORENCE, SOUTH CAROLINA. I HAD A SIX (6) MONTH POLICY THAT BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 3, 2024 AND ENDED AND EXPIRED ON MAY 2, 2025. MY POLICY WAS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY PAID IN FULL FOR THOSE SIX (6) MONTHS, AND SCHEDULED FOR RENEWAL BY MAY 3, 2025. [BUT] MY 2003 CADILLAC BROKE DOWN THE FIRST WEEK IN MARCH AND WAS NO LONGER OPERABLE AND FOR THAT REASON, I SOLD IT AS JUNK IN APRIL.
