I have used Farm Bureau since April of 2017 for a car I had financed. I have automatic withdrawals from my bank account. 3 out of the 4 times they have taken out double the amount they were supposed to. The first time it happened they issued me a refund check and was supposed to be sent to me within a week, it took well over a month before I saw anything.
