The office staff is wonderful and extremely helpful when you need them. Their rates are the best around.
Diane and her team have been our Insurers for many years. They treat you as if you are their 'only' client. They follow up in a timely and professional manner... While there are many other insurers in Michigan to choose from, I feel my needs are 100% covered and any time I need help or have a question, they have been and always are there to assist. I wish more professional companies would follow their lead.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!! After speaking directly with Diane Rzeppa, I found her to be completely rude, and not whatsoever helpful. My family has been trying to straighten out issues with her for weeks with no resolve. Last week our phone call ended with her hanging up on me. When you've been with a company for so long you would think there would be a little more understanding.
