When Preston was over this office we had great service. However once he left it all went down hill. Every time there was an interaction they always acted put out to do or answer any questions. They only covered half my roof and a year later I had to do another roof claim which caused my insurance to go up because I then had 2 claims on the same roof for the same damage. When I changed insurance I actually got a lower rate for the same coverage. I would suggest a different insurance all together or at least a different agent ... read more
