I deal with insurance adjusters all the time through my job and have never dealt with such unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, and uninformed adjusters as North Carolina Farm Bureau employees, specifically Amy Frazier. She specifically told me incorrect information in a rude and unprofessional manner. If an employee of my company was to behave in such a manner, they would quickly be let go.
I currently have home owners insurance with Currituck Farm Bureau well until my house was flooded from a busted pipe. I had one claim through them and just received a letter that they will no longer insure my house. The whole process has been a nightmare its bad enough you have to deal with your house being destroyed now you have to also deal with companies that will not stick behind what service they claim to provide. I had a deer run out infront of me on November 1st 2016 and caused 1700.00 of damages to my car. I get a nasty email from the adjuster Amy Frazier saying I was over reacting. How rude and unprofessional that is. I have been a loyal customer to Farm Bureau and not once have I ever had bad customer service from any of the reps until this incident. Something needs to be addressed here and someone needs to retake some training and customer service skills.
Terrible customer service. We were loyal customers for years. Vehicles, house, business insurance we got from them. when we moved out of our house and decided to rent it, we got a note in the mail stating our insurance had been canceled due to the fact that was not out our primary residence. No warning, no phone call ... No email ... Nothing ... .... When we called to try to resolve the situation they office personnel didn't even know what options to offer or how handle the problem... I have my vehicle, homeowners, life and other insurance policies all through Farm Bureau Insurance and they have been great to work with.
I've used Farm Bureau Insurance since I bought my first car and I wouldn't use another insurance company. I am very happy with them.
My father-in-law recommended Farm Bureau Insurance to me and said the people there were some of the best. He was right, they are great.
