Very friendly but, they kept jumping up price on my car insurance and my mom has homeowners with them and when the storm came through in 2024 she had a tree fall on the roof of her house hail and wind damage the insurance company didn't want to replace her roof they only wanted to repair it for less than $750 payout (ridiculously low) and she's been paying homeowners since 2016 with no claims until 2024. How can you treat your loyal customers like that?
