Being a customer of the Michael Carr Insurance for almost 20 years, I was pretty mystified as to why I could no longer search their contact information. Apparently they changed names/added owners and never notified their clients…. Making it unnecessarily difficult to reach them. In addition, I had emailed my former contact last week and had not received any acknowledgment until I could (finally) call them to follow up. Not impressed

Our agent goes above and beyond. Always looking our for savings for us. Very knowledgeable and treats us like family!
Worst possible agent I have ever had office takes weeks and multiple calls to get simple updates to policies. Please beware before taking a policy there he will not service it. Wanted to double the coverage for my policy and update buildings never a return call never a text or email. Office hours are posted but rarely do they answer calls then it directs you to a claims # that is useless for most all needs other than cliams.
