Holly Jenkins is the worst insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. She’s impossible to get ahold of, doesn’t return phone calls, doesn’t even email back. I’ve talked to the receptionist way more than I have ever talked to her. I’ve never once in 5 years talked to her on the phone, I have 1 email from her and have never met her. I’ve left messages after messages and still not heard back. I haven’t been able to do anything to my policy in 5 years and she is not giving me the run around about switching agents.
