Unfortunately there is an agent/agency in our area that may fabricate things in order to write business. True Modular Homes on a basement become mobile homes--less coverage and of course a lower premium. Homes that are over one quarter mile away from a Fire Hydrant magically become less than 1,000 feet away making the Protection Class much more favorable.
