Poor communication and messed up my policy!
This is by far the worst insurance company in the state. Potentially in the country. Poor communication, poor representatives, and just a lack of professionalism all around. I was promised a check by one of their agents and was told it would come out his own pocket. I never received that check and proceeded to move on with my life knowing that they screwed me entirely.
