Carla is a crook and does not do her job. Let my mothers life insurance policy degrade overtime and then charged her to close out the last $100 dollars left. Finally we called the corporate offices and found out she should have been checking in and never did for years. The corporate offices also did nothing to rectify the poor management of this policy just said they would look into it. Do not go to this business they do not care about community or family.
I have been with this group for years and finding out they are crooks. Don’t take your business here folks. Highly recommend you find an insurance group who helps their clients!

As a local im horribly embarassed by the attitude of the agents and the management. You seem to forget this is a small town, very small Horrible company horrible reputation and reprehensable treatment of prospective customer and employees.
Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable! Claims tsken care of efficiently.
