When I called Farm Bureau I was referred to Miss Robin through a family member. I had never met her before but she made me feel real comfortable and although I'm just a little piece of wood out in the woodpile she worked with me like I was the biggest piece of wood out there and that I was very important. Sent miss Robyn an email and it wasn't even 5 mins that she called me back. I explained my situation and made an appointment for the following morning. She helped me with healthcare.gov and I now have a plan I can afford. I will be calling her for any other insurance questions or issues I may have.
Very professional, prompt and reasonable. I would highly recommend.
