So disappointed in this office.. I have been with them for years and I am in the process of buying a new home. Got a quote for the insurance of it and didn’t think much of it. Our lender then tells us that the rate is way too high and we should shop around. Well come to find out it was $1200 higher than the competitor. When I brought this to their attention I was told “oh nice some insurance is just cheaper want me to cancel this” So needless to say I made the switch and cancelled my home and auto

I called and wanted to talk to Andy….Nicole answered and basically said I could not and it “all went through the same process” regardless that I said a close friend knew him, and she told me to talk to him directly. That all being said….their quote (home & car) was MORE than insurance company with whom I am currently enrolled.

Andy and staff are always so friendly and amazingly helpful!!! They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their clients! Great place!

Always great customer service, the whole entire team is very attentive!
