Most unprofessional staff ever. This office needs to be audited!!!!
They refuse to answer phone calls or return calls about a claim. Andrew Yates is the worst adjuster I've ever had to deal with. I'm going to be filing 2 complaints with the Department of Insurance against him on 2 separate claims.
