The receptionist and agent were very helpful and professional. They were informative and outlined my options clearly.
Good luck if your adjuster is Mark Bibelhauser! He constantly lies, over promises, and underdelivers. Horrible communicator, and will do everything possible to screw loyal customers out of money that he originally promises them. I was warned from others when having to deal with him. They were right! He started out telling me I would get 5k. Within 5 minutes his changed and said 7k. When it was all said and done he provided $1,600 check and I had to pay over $200 for a rental car I didn't even want or need. He now denies ever... read more
