Thanks to this office not contacting me other than an email I never received, my insurance lapsed. Something a quick phone call could’ve fixed, but instead I had to pay $390 in reinstatement fees. I even went in person to try to figure out what happened and even start a policy back with Farm Bureau. But I was treated like a complete inconvenience by Bryce, his attitude and demeanor brought me to the point where I had to walk out before my anger got the best of me.
