Terrible customer service at this Moncks Corner location. They were hindering a policy for my farm for over 4 months, we weren’t sure if we had insurance or not, numerous phone calls and e mails never returned. Changed FB office location to Holly Hill where they are ontop of everything.
Communication at this office is almost non existing. Several calls not returned, emails with no response.
