Worst customer service. Stiffed with additional late bills because of these guys not sending in paperwork to my mortgage company - months after signing. 0/10 experience & customer service.
Everything is great as long as you keep the money flow going into their bank. Accidents happen, that's the reason for insurance but it sure brings the ugly and rudeness out of them when an accident happened. Lost this customer!
Highly recommend. They saved us $49 a month on our insurance. Charles McKinney was very friendly and helpful. Ask for him for your insurance needs
