I made one phone call and let them know what we needed and a few minutes later I got a return call and Mr Steve was at our door, we talked a little more he took pictures and left to write up a quote. He also took note of what coverage we had and what coverage we should have and made it work all with our budget. We like having someone local and personable to talk with. First let me say how much money they saved me ! Customer service obviously matters but money savings is what we are all trying do. Steve B was amazing from start to finish. Farm Bureau recently insured me with a Homeowner's policy for my Clayton Mobile Home, THANKS to the amazing help, superb customer service, follow-up and professionalism from my now new agent - Bryce Carpenter!!!
