After being a customer for years I am very disappointed with this company. I spoke with Ty Ofarrell about what was needed to provide proof that my roof was fixed and he said that he could take care of it. At least I could have called the company that fixed my roof and got what was needed. Since he said he would do it that is what I thought was done until I get a letter saying my insurance will not be renewed because the information was not sent. I went to Farm Bureau Insurance to get a quote. Met a fine representative from the company, Jake Rountree, who walked me through all the plans that would best cover our families policies. He is knowledgeable, funny, and respectful and made the process very comfortable. I would recommend getting a quote from this agent.
Just finalized a 30 year life insurance policy and my agent Jake Rountree was super helpful and professional. He answered my many questions and helped put my mind at ease over what can be a nerve wracking decision.
