Won’t answer the phone. Called 15-20 times
I have been with Farm Bureau for 34 years, and I have never been so disappointed. We had multiple vehicles, life insurance, home owners insurance, and a camper added on, but for the past year our rates tripled. I called my local agent several times only to be told “everything’s going up”. I even dropped some of my coverage and raised my deductible and instead of it going down, it went up $200 😡 My loyalty ends here. I’m going with All State.
