I am not a client of theirs but we have a patients whose car broke down in our parking lot. I asked if she had road side assistance she called her company which was farm bureau here in abbeville. She was having problems trying to figure out the thing online and the rep who she was talking to her name was Melinda. I have to really give this office props!! Melinda drove up to our office to help her with this my heart was truly touched me WE NEED MORE LIKE MELINDA SHE IS GREAT!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Dale. He's a fantastic insurance agent who is always friendly and makes you feel like a priority. He genuinely goes the extra mile for his clients, and that kind of service is rare to find.
Terrible place for business I was there a yr whole time wasn't nothing but a bunch of mess it was always some about a payment n renewal the whole year when my stuff was automatically drafted even call Columbia office n things still wasn't right got swept under the rug do not go here that's your warning
