Wow....what a horrible example of an organization who seemingly needs customers to sustain itself, but evidently doesn't care enough to service potential customers. I called the Myrtle Beach Farm Bureau office on behalf of my son who is in the military stationed outside the continental United States, and has property in North Myrtle Beach. This is hands down THE most horrible insurance agency you will ever come into contact with. I have e-signed documents for 3 policies on a mfg home, golf cart, and car, yet I can find no evidence of the golf cart policy or the mfg home policy. I was told the mfg home policy was canceled because the agent "couldn't get a hold of me". When I questioned her about when that was, she back peddled and admitted she was lying and said she just found out about the cancellation that day herself.
