Early mornings, late nights, weekends - it never fails that Andy and his team at Farm Bureau are there to respond to my needs and/or questions. During the ice storm, Andy called me to answer my questions and walk me through the process. This is customer service that you don’t find at many places anymore.
I KNOW MOST PEOPLE HAVE A'HORROR' INSURANCE STORY, AND I DO AS WELL. THE DIFFERENCE FOR MEI WAS THAT I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE ANDY STAFFORD'S HELP. WHEN I CONTACTED HIM ABOUT MY ISSUE, HE NOT ONLY REASSURED ME THAT I HAD A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, HE IMMEDIATELY SET WHEELS IN MOTION TO CORRECT THE ERROR.
