Since a new agent has taken Kevin Perry and Lee Workman's position, this office has failed to provide the great customer service that we were always given. Kim at the North Parkway location was very rude and unprofessional when calling regarding an issue with our homeowner's policy. If it wasn't for Kim White and Frances Weaver at the Sterling Farms location, we would have swapped insurance companies. They have been a saving grace and go above and beyond to provide the up-most service to their clients.
