Walked in the Dandridge office this morning to make multiple changes. I was expecting to be there a very long time to get everything done. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Great customer service, wonderful and friendly staff, and very efficient with understanding my needs. Thank you Farm Bureau!

I've been with Farm Bureau for a long time now, I've not had to use the insurance much at all through my lifetime. Last year and this year have been extremely hectic. I was involved in two accidents not my fault and 1 that was. Farm Bureau has been awesome, all three clamp payed with no problems.
Called for an insurance estimate 24 hours ago for an estimate. They took my information and stated that I would receive a call back. I called just now and they stated that I just have to wait for a call back. Why should I wait when I can just call any other insurance company and get an estimate right away?
