We’ve been members at Farm Bureau for many years and have always appreciated their friendly service, but today as we were leaving the office our car’s battery died. The staff went above and beyond as far as helping recharge our car as well as letting me and our baby hang out in the office while the car was being sorted out.
Customer service in this office is better than most from the people at the desk to the agent I talk to. I thought Insurance was the same at all offices but found out from experience it is not.
