I recently had to file a accident claim. I always dread due to past experiences. But let me tell you this time was totally different. I called into the office and how lucky I was !! Sara answered the phone and was very nice asked what she could help or assist me with today. I explained to her the situation and that I needed to file a claim. What a breeze it was, she replied we'll get that taken care of not a problem. With in a matter of 10 mins or so it was done. Her name is Velma McKee, a secretary who is the kingpin of this organization she’s trained all of these people coming in And she’s so friendly. You just wanna hug her so you need to drop by and see her she’ll take care of you.
