Needed to switch account. The agent came to out house comes out of the agent and told us we had the wrong form. Still waiting on the form and had to overdraft due we do not use the account on file. Cannot change it online. I don't understand why I cannot get this form in a timely manner, but to come sell us a better policy they run to make a meeting. Our old agent was amazing. Now our new agent is terrible.
Lack of customer service. Didn't offer a value offer on saving me as customer. Went with Root Insurance saving more money. The office in Midland, just awful regarding voice system and trying to get a hold of someone. The office in Corpus the lady showed no empathy regarding system being down for two days and no, value statement on me being a customer.
