Never received a call back for a quote, and at this point I don’t even care anymore. From the tone of Noe’s voice, it honestly felt like she didn’t want to help me or even give me a quote. She told me I’d receive it by email, but I never got anything. Once I mentioned that I hadn’t had insurance for about a month, she made a few comments and noises that made me feel like it was a bother to help me. Always great customer service. I have been with Texas Farm Bureau for over 10 years, if not more. I have all of our insurance with them.

Asked if they offered life insurnace for dogs and they hung up on me.

Needed to switch account. The agent came to out house comes out of the agent and told us we had the wrong form. Still waiting on the form and had to overdraft due we do not use the account on file. Cannot change it online. I don't understand why I cannot get this form in a timely manner, but to come sell us a better policy they run to make a meeting. Our old agent was amazing. Now our new agent is terrible.
