I called to get a quote and it goes to an answering service. You have to type in the extension you want. I never got anyone on the phone, it goes yo their voice mail. I want a person not voice mail.
These people got a lady named Gayle Turner sitting at the front desk. EVERY time my mom goes to pay her insurance she can speak to her and that lady will NOT open her mouth!!! She will NOT touch the money she always tell my mom to put the money on the counter. She always tell my mom she can’t accept cash unless it was the exact amount, ok understandable! Today my mom went to pay her insurance with the EXACT amount in cash and she told her she can’t accept cash because the “machine” is down! She need to pay with a money order... read more
