NC Farm Bureau's claim handling process is entirely arbitrary. I reached out repeatedly regarding my open claim and was unable to get basic answers about the process or if I provided the correct documentation until I made formal complaint with a regulatory authority. They were then able to settle my claim with no further information from me, even though they had stated they were unable to move forward with my claim previously due to the lack of documentation. I would be wary of dealing with this particular company.

One of their customers a 16 year old girl ran the light and tore off my bumper, they denied the claim saying I didn't look left or right when in my recorded conversation I told them I saw her coming but I didn't know she was going so fast that she couldn't slow down her vehicle, I also stated in the recording that she was far enough back that had she not been speeding she would not have hit me.
