This Farm Bureau agency seriously needs to consider firing Rene, this dude is by far the worst communicator you’ve ever met, worse than your girlfriend while she’s mad at you. I tried getting a loan with these guys because I heard good things from people I know. But this guy is by far a horrible communicator, doesn’t work with the customer. I made an appointment to talk to our agent, he was ready to talk on time with no waiting. I spoke with Carson about my problem. He came up with a plan to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone.
Never called me back and I called and can’t get an answer ok I’ll take my business elsewhere I don’t recommend this place
The worst company. Maria is completely unprofessional. She's never there when you call her. You leave a voicemail and she still doesn't return the call. She has no interest in your work; she's only interested in her payday. They deleted my review just because I expressed the truth, so here it is again. Thank you for nothing. I already have insurance for my car and my mom's, and it only took 2 days to get the driver's record and YES, with another Farm Bureau.
Very good place. I recommend it.
