While very polite at this office, the company itself has been nothing but headaches for the last couple months. The issues started when they changed their payment processor. Got a letter stating such, so I went ahead and made sure my card was updated in the new system. My auto payments, which I verified after the switch, weren't being pulled so I got a letter threatening with my coverage being cancelled. Ok, fine, we got that sorted. I have to say the staff is nice and willing to help. But the company as a whole blows. What's the point of offering Home Owners insurance for condos if you don't cover damage caused to other units by your customers. Denied a water damage claim due to no negligence found. Not maintaining AC equipment or other equipment to me is negligence . Perfect insurance company to have if you have rental units, as they will deny all claims.
