Ladies were very helpful!!
What a nightmare, I was very hesitant to switch over my auto insurance policy but was assured there would be no problems. What a regret. Ever since switching there has been nothing but problems and DMV fees. Nobody is willing to remedy the situation just playing the blame game on technicalities even though they are making money insuring you. Would not recommend to anybody I know, and now know why my parents switched from using them. I should have listened.
Would give a 0 stars. They can't update a policy without months lead time before payment is due.
