Stay away from FB, they dropped me after one claim last year, what’s the point of paying a company if you are punished for using the insurance. The company is wildly behind, taking 90 days to adjust policies and having then being rude when they ask for help or explanation
If I could give 0 , I would. Earlier this year, I had to change insurance carriers because my premium jumped from about $250 to nearly $600 per month after an accident and a speeding ticket. Thankfully, I found another company for less than what I was originally paying. While very polite at this office, the company itself has been nothing but headaches for the last couple months. The issues started when they changed their payment processor. Got a letter stating such, so I went ahead and made sure my card was updated in the new system. My auto payments, which I verified after the switch, weren't being pulled so I got a letter threatening with my coverage being cancelled. Ok, fine, we got that sorted. I have to say the staff is nice and willing to help. But the company as a whole blows. What's the point of offering Home Owners insurance for condos if you don't cover damage caused to other units by your customers. Denied a water damage claim due to no negligence found. Not maintaining AC equipment or other equipment to me is negligence . Perfect insurance company to have if you have rental units, as they will deny all claims.
