Richard and his staff are the best of the best. They made feel like I was their only client. All my questions, call and emails were answered in the quickest way. I am still in awe of the service he and his team gave me through the whole process. My coverage is within my budget and I have more coverage then the previous company and I get to talk to real people not farmed out to AI chats or call centers!!!! I would give negative stars if it were an option. My elderly mother has been a customer here for many years. She just purchased a new vehicle and they quoted her an insane price. She was easily able to find insurance elsewhere for literally 1/3 of the cost with much better coverage. It took all of 5 minutes. It's one thing to over charge your customers, but one of the employees was also very rude over the phone when she called to remove her vehicle from a policy.
