I've been with Andrew for a few years now. We have been fighting to get Farm Bureau to cover damage to a retaining wall, that is attached to our house, by Helene. Aside from that, both Andrew and the branch manager, Brian Elgin, promised a $500 payout for tree removal, non-conditional of any claims. Andrew initially promised $1000, then walked it back to $500. I would not recommend this agency. I renewed my membership in April and had to cancel a policy in May based on unforeseen circumstances. I notified the Agent immediately in person. The Agent and the staff in the office do not communicate with each other. No refund for my membership and then got a bill for a policy that I canceled. This location is good at taking your money. That's about it.
Spoke to Heather yesterday over text, was told everything was fine and that she would send my docs over email for me to sign, get a message today that I'm being denied renters insurance just because I currently rent a single wide mobile home, decided to call another farm bureau just to see and that farm bureau straight up told me the kings mountain office is judgemental towards applicants of mobile homes more so towards single wide renters, and he was able to start up my renters insurance plan immediately no issue, unlike wi... read more
