I met with Jimmy Sweitzer to discuss lowering my rates on my home and car. Everything was Explained in detail about the coverage on my home in my car. I felt that everything was explained in a simple way because I’m not very savvy with insurance, but felt good about everything. He saved me quite a bit of money for the year with good coverage. Jordan was very helpful and personable by letting me know that i could save a $10 fee by using my checking & routing # rather than paying with my debit card over the the phone. He kept all of my account info pulled up until I called back with that information, even though I decided to go ahead and pay with debit so the funds would go ahead & be drawn out of my account immediately since I had other bills coming out as well and I wanted to make sure my funds were there first for my insurance since it was due that day.
