I would not recommend Farm Bureau or this local office. We have had trouble since I joined my husbands policy. The policy changes take 30-45 days. We submitted a payment and it’s still not applied 12 days later. We are being charged for the old policy and new policy. We have to talk with the local office about our policy and the home office for billing. Both Jill and Gina from this location never return our calls. I never had this at other insurance companies. The only good is the prices are low.
I’ve been really frustrated with how my insurance has been handled. My monthly payment went up recently, and the bill says it’s because “physical damages were added.” I added my fiancé and his truck to the policy, and his truck has zero damage. We even have photos that we had sent to our agent to prove it, but no one can explain why this charge is on my bill. Like other reviews on this scam of a company, do not get insured with them! They will pull you in with low prices and raise monthly prices on you every months for various reasons. Like someone else said on here, they do not know how to write policies. We’ve had an open claim for over 3 months now that they won’t do anything about because the only shop that work on this vehicle is asking X amount. According to them the X amount is too much and won’t help at all. Huge scam.. They keep beating around the bush and barely answer ... read more
