I transferred to this Farm Bureau office because it was closer to my home. Unfortunately, since making the switch, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. The staff rarely seem able to answer basic questions, I’ve had repeated issues trying to add a vehicle to my policy, and they almost always have to call the corporate office to complete what should be routine transactions. This is by far the worst farm bureau office. Drew Jones is the biggest con artist. Was my agent earlier this year and told me he was not covering and accident that the other driver cause. I escalated this to the office in Raleigh and in no time I was told that I would be covered. I needed up getting a check for $4,000.00 after he was telling me I would get nothing. If you have this guy as your agent I would run fast. Hes lazy and a liar. Stay away from this office

Don't you just love it when insurance companies? No matter what type of claim you make, whether it be weather damage, water damage, appliance damage they never cover anything. They just want you to pay those premium each month and collect money. But when you have a problem, they're not there. I can remember the good old days when your insurance salesman was a friend and looked out for you. Those Days are gone especially farm bureau insurance.
