Awful LAZY people that work here. Rude when you ask questions as if you’re bothering them. Give you the run around saying I’ll call you back then a week will go by without an update. They will avoid your number if you call in by repeatedly placing you on hold. I advise people to go with another insurance company.
Carter Combs helped me out with getting renters insurance for an apartment in a very quick and friendly manner! Wonderful to deal with and answered every question I had even when I asked for further clarification! Will 100% be asking for Carter Combs by name when I need help at the farm bureau! He gets the job DONE!
