So I was with this company for 12 years and until about the last year I was ok with the service they provided. It use to have people that cared and were on a first name basis with thier customs and now they have lost all that and I see why they keep losing help. Had made a claim and then canceled because of the lack of damage to a small portion of the bumper of my car and even though I cancelled they put it as if they had paid money out toward my car. I had farm bureau on two vehicles in new bern nc for 450 every 6 months. Got it here and added an old jeep and it went up to 900. Have gotten 2 bills after signing up here for the exact same amount and had to pay both of them. I know I'm being overcharged and it's ridiculous. I also have homeowners with them but am no way getting any kind of discount.
