So I was with this company for 12 years and until about the last year I was ok with the service they provided. It use to have people that cared and were on a first name basis with thier customs and now they have lost all that and I see why they keep losing help. Had made a claim and then canceled because of the lack of damage to a small portion of the bumper of my car and even though I cancelled they put it as if they had paid money out toward my car.
