Hit a deer in the middle of the night tried to call road side assistance and report a claim neither worked and 4 hours after I had been left on the side of the road a dude who spoke very little English called and asked if I still needed a tow...... the agents the. Proceded to drag their feet on a vehicle they knew was totaled the first day they saw it but decided to waste my time and send it to a body shop that totaled the vehicle anyway.. getting anyone to do anything as far as reaching out to fix anything has been a huge r... read more
