Anissa and John were fantastic to work with, but initial follow-up was a little amiss - although it got worked out in the end. Once we were all on the same call they were fantastic and incredibly helpful.
First room had no tv. Moved to a second room no sound for the tv. Went to get ice no ice, no sign saying there was no ice. Dirty wet washcloths in room. they offered to move us a third time but by then it was11pm.when we checked out the day manager knew about the situation with the tv's ice machine and did not tell night manager. We still had to pay full price for our stay
