This companies life insurance death benefit handling is horrible. They want you to buy on the spot, but now that we have a claim they take forever to pay. We have been waiting 17 days for a deposit and nothing. The funeral home and other bills are needed to pay, but they are no help right now. Inexcusable really. If you have life policies, I would cancel them and never buy from them.
Have been a customer since 1993 and have always had good service and friendly staff!
