I recently had two very different experiences with Indiana Farm Bureau-that truly highlighted the importance of professionalism in this industry. Got a final bill from the agent Audrey Ash when I cancelled my policy after I stopped working because we went back to operating on one vehicle because of everything in this insane economy… (because I drive a 2010 Honda fit and it’s still too much).. I was told my final bill was $137 and I got an email this morning saying it was $227.45. You all will not be getting that money or amount from me espeically for nothing and having never did anything for me or to protect my vehicle… since you force people to be on autopay I’m not ... read more

Mike Baumann is the best insurance agent we have ever had. Barbara and all who work in the office are amazingly efficient and kind. We will never do business anywhere else. We have been with In Farm Bureau for over 30 years because of the excellent service we have received.
