My experience with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I recently cancelled all of my policies (auto + renter’s) and the entire process confirmed that leaving was the right decision. I had Indiana Farm Bureau for about a year, and my experience has been terrible. Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is an excellent company for stealing your money. They will give you a low quote for them to take your business, and then they will send you a bill for double the amount, stating they made a mistake and expecting you to pay. If Brian Strauss calls or sends you an email traffic, delete that email and block him. Once he takes your business, he will never call you back.
