We paid for a policy that was Never covered due to the confusion on their end. We had 5 different head agents in 1 YR. They could not keep any consistency there. Debbie and Rhonda the two wonderful secretaries tried their hardest to keep up but in the end this company is a disaster. We was with this branch / company for 7 years and the last 2 yr we tried working with them, but this was the last straw. We had to drop them, and they still owed us money

I was so disappointed with this company my last renewal. The rates sky rocketed and I had no claims with in the last 5 years. I tried to work it out with the agent (the agent tried but I think her hands were tied by the company) but in the end I just could not afford to stay with IFBI. The agent provided excellent service and the office staff was amazing, if I had a simple question they were right there with an answer, I was sad to go.
