Farm bureau in Munford completely dropped the ball on my husband’s policy!! He canceled an existing policy and they continued to charge his credit card for payments! We have called and spoke with Ronnie at this office and he pretty much told us it would not happen again. In total they charged my husbands credit card for almost 3 years of payments for a policy he had removed his self and his credit card information from. Ive compared multiply insurance companies and find that FB has the best prices for the coverage. Discounts for multiply policies such as homeowners and rental ins. Also for good driver. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional as well as polite. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing their services.
I always have a great experience with the Munford office. Micayla and Tamara always answer the phone in a great attitude which is hard to find nowdays and when I need something Ms. Tiffany always responds promptly with a wonderful attitude. Would highly recommend them to all my friends.
