Farm bureau in Munford completely dropped the ball on my husband’s policy!! He canceled an existing policy and they continued to charge his credit card for payments! We have called and spoke with Ronnie at this office and he pretty much told us it would not happen again. In total they charged my husbands credit card for almost 3 years of payments for a policy he had removed his self and his credit card information from.
