Farm Bureau is great until you have a claim. That’s what everyone with any knowledge about them has said to us during the six months after the fire. Our agent Drew has always been very helpful and the office staff nice. However we had a fire in August and the experience was beyond horrible. Jason Dyer was the adjuster assigned to our claim.
