Have called twice about business insurance, after the first and waiting 2 weeks they said they never got my info, it’s been 2 more weeks and nothing. I have car and home here but I’m about to find somewhere else that actually has good customer service. Update, Nathan from the office reached out to me and got me taken care of quickly and at a great price, he is the only reason I’m deciding to stay and I recommend dealing with him you need a new policy
