My husband had to call for roadside assistance for locked in car keys. Paid right then, $75 for that unlock. I emailed the receipt to our amazing agent, Payton Fenner. Then our reimbursement was deposited back through our debit card immediately once I accepted the payment. This whole office is great, but Mr. Fenner is always polite and efficient. He always quickly responds to my emails and takes care of whatever I need.
Farm Bureau of Tennessee is a joke. It's been 42 days since I was rear ended and they still haven't even sent an adjuster out to look at the damage. Which is absurd. Every other time I've had a claim for any reason, an adjuster was at my house assessing the damage within 2 days. It's insane. It took almost a month to even talk to somebody, just to be told that his insured still hadn't provided the police report and that it had to be sent to an independent adjuster because it happened in VA.
