Farm Bureau of Tennessee is a joke. It's been 42 days since I was rear ended and they still haven't even sent an adjuster out to look at the damage. Which is absurd. Every other time I've had a claim for any reason, an adjuster was at my house assessing the damage within 2 days. It's insane. It took almost a month to even talk to somebody, just to be told that his insured still hadn't provided the police report and that it had to be sent to an independent adjuster because it happened in VA. Absolutely love this place! Specifically, Jessica makes working with them amazing. She is so kind and explains everything in great detail. She made sure that my family had exactly what we needed and actually treated us as more than just a number. You can tell that she loves her job! I highly recommend!!!!!
