Amber is always helpful when I contact her for help. She’s very patient(I ask a lot of questions) and always makes sure everything gets done through email so I don’t have to drive directly there. She saves me a lot of time(and gas) by doing this and it is extremely helpful for me. I’m very thankful she handles my account.
At first my husband and I thought this would be a good company to go with, they were so nice and eager to get us on their insurance, I was dealing with one Agent David Newton in Florence sc, My daughter and I were involved in two accidents neither one our fault. Trying to get in touch with David was nearly impossible, he was either on the phone for hours, or not in the office and we were extremely frustrated with him.
